	Owl's House is an independently-owned book service specializing in, but not limited to, children's books. We have recently reorganized, but our emphasis on education has not changed. We still have an internet presence, but we have now streamlined our operation so that we can offer these incredible discounts to people all over the world. We especially hope to benefit schools and libraries by helping them stretch their funds as far as possible with our great prices and free shipping..
Do you have a catalog?
	No, we don't need to print a catalog. We carry most books in print. All you have to do is tell us what you want. If you want to find out more about specific titles, we suggest you browse www.amazon.com or www.barnesandnoble.com. Then, when you request a quote from Owl's House, you will be able to see just how great our prices are.
Is it really true? 20% off all books?
	Yes, it's true in most cases (please refer to the next section for exceptions). If you order 10 or more books in a single order, you will receive a 20% discount on your whole order. These discounts apply to all books and not just a select few "sale" titles.
So every book in print is elegible for this incredible discount?
	Unfortunately, no. Though books most commonly found in your local bookstore fall under our maximum discount category, sometimes certain books are designated by publishers as "short discount books." They don't qualify for the maximum discount. These include many textbooks and library editions. But don't worry. You won't find those short discount books cheaper anywhere else either.
How will I know when books have a short discount?
	You have the option of getting a price quote before making your purchase. Check the appropriate option on your order form, or just ask. Otherwise, all prices and discounts will be clearly indicated on your receipt.
Shipping in the US is really free?
	Yes! To minimize your shipping bills, we have adapted our shipping policy. Now, SHIPPING IS FREE to all domestic US addresses with orders of 10 or more books. International address pay only the exact freight cost without any additional fees.
Do I pay sales tax?
	You must pay sales tax if the shipping address of your order is within California, or if you are picking up your order. Orders to anywhere else in the world are tax free.
What forms of payment do you accept?
	For mail orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and checks. We also accept purchase orders from schools and libraries with a net 30 payment schedule.
